How to use Swarna

A calm morning guide for a Tamil Nadu local pawn desk.

Open Sign in. Choose Super Admin, Cashier or Staff, then continue. On a wide screen the menu stays on the left.
Use top search (Ctrl+K) for customer, loan, packet, HUID or receipt. Colour icons jump to Pledge, Collect, Auction and AI.
Confirm today’s 22K loan rate under Gold rates. Every save adds a new history row — past rates are never overwritten.
Easy Pledge: search mobile. New customers fill KYC on the same screen. Duplicate alerts show a score — records are not auto-merged.
Add jewel rows (gross, stone, HUID). Capture one packet photo. Net weight and scheme max calculate live.
Change scheme to recalculate max loan. You may disburse under or over that max; over-LTV needs the override tick (local pawn). Payment mode is required.
Save, print the pawn ticket, or send WhatsApp. Packet QR is a token, not Aadhaar.
Collect: interest only, part principal, or full settlement. Ledger shows principal before / after. Receipts are never edited.
Schemes: single %, period slabs, or month-wise rates. Settlement can use each period’s % or the current month % for all days.
Tap the gold star (bottom right) for the AI assistant — interest due, auctions, cash today, gold −5%.
